You get to:
Pick the character.
Pick their sexuality/gender identity that you want to focus on (if you want them to be both bisexual and transgender, for example, you'd still need to pick one for the product to be primarily situated around). 
Receive different headcanons surrounding their experience with their sexuality/gender. You can even pick out a prompt of your own to be included!
Receive a design based on the pride flag for their sexuality/gender (does not need to be one included in the examples).
Find out how they react to your own identity.
Support a good cause! 25% of all sales for this product will be donated to an LGBTQ+ organization.
